We have been around a while….

Love Plumbing, Air and Electric has been proudly serving Richland and Lexington counties in the midlands of South Carolina since 1981, over 38 years. We know this industry, we know this community and we plan on hanging out here for a long time!

We embrace innovation and technology

Our original owner, Gene Love took chances and invested in services that other companies in town did not in order to offer our customers more. We continue that trend today, always looking for the next thing we can do to make home service more convenient for our customers. We balance technology with personal service to serve you better and with a smile. We continually train our technicians technically and in soft skills. It’s important to us that your experience is pleasant and helpful. We know your home is important to you. We know you have a choice of whom to call and we are always grateful when you decide to call Love!

We are local, we live and work here just like you and we want to help our community continue to be one of the best places to live by giving back. We have contributed service to those in need and we continue to do that year in and year out. We support women in need and pets who need a home.

We are locally owned and operated

Our owners have always been members of this community. Tammy Ferris, our current owner, is a licensed plumber in our state and lives here. We love our community, this is an awesome place to live! When you do business with us, 100% of your dollars goes to support families in our community. There is no corporate office somewhere else. We are proud of our country and hire veterans when we can, and we respect our flag.

About our Owner:

Tammy Ferris is a licensed Columbia plumber and a well-respected leader and mentor across the continent. She has a degree in finance and fiduciary management, she has served on national boards and she is a master trainer.

But, her biggest and most important accomplishment is all about Love. She is in the office every day working with her team on how to provide better service to you and how to provide a better life for her employees. Her attention and challenge each day is to serve these two groups of people. She started her career here as an employee over 32 years ago and continues to work hard every day to make the company stronger. She started out on a truck, talking to and providing service to customers.
